2. Account & Authentication

  • Registration is required for certain features
  • Please provide true and accurate registration information
  • You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and all account activity
  • Report unauthorized use immediately
  • We reserve the right to restrict or terminate non-compliant accounts
  • Age requirement: You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent

3. Acceptable Use

  • Upload legally obtained content you have the right to use

4. Service Model

  • All online resources (tech catalogs, blogs, knowledge bases, tools) are completely free and open
  • Enterprise deployment, consulting, and custom development services are quoted per project
  • Specific pricing is discussed and agreed upon during engagement setup

  • We do not use your data to train AI models

6. Intellectual Property

  • Our service interfaces, code, algorithms, and trademarks belong to Reallier
  • Your uploaded content IP belongs to you or the original rights holder
  • You may use generated analysis reports within legal bounds
  • You grant us limited license to process your content for service delivery

7. Disclaimers

  • Accuracy: AI results are for reference only, not guaranteed 100% accurate
  • Availability: We strive for stability but do not guarantee 100% uptime
  • Third-party dependencies: Service relies on third-party AI APIs
  • User responsibility: Users are responsible for uploaded content legality
  • Indirect loss: We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages
  • Force majeure: We are not liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure events

8. Service Changes & Termination

  • We may adjust, upgrade, or discontinue certain features
  • Major changes will be notified 7 business days in advance
  • You may stop using services and request account deletion at any time
  • Personal data will be deleted within 30 days of account deletion (unless legally required to retain)
